CASE STUDY: MLB TEAM

GOALS:

 

  • Understand current perception of MLB Team

  • Determine what would entice fan segments to attend more games

  • Understand potential barriers that prevent fan segments from attending

  • Compare findings over time in areas of perception and attendance to understand the impact of new concepts and initiatives

 

  • Two Artificial Intelligence Fueled Discussion Groups per year

    • Fielded over a three year span (2018 – 2020)

    • Multi-faceted fan groups

RESULTS:

 

  • Provided deeper understanding of the “why’s” behind the perceptions of fan segments and their attendance decision making

  • Resulted in new ideation and decisions for future concept implementation
