GOALS:

 

  • Uncover the needs of the historically more passionate fans to stay in-tune and ahead of their needs during changing times.

  • Understand how to turn newer fans and Southside residents to team fandom that includes game attendance.

 

  • In-person experiential qualitative groups with in-game questions/video uploads, plus virtual one-on-one follow up

  • Uncovered information to proactively stay ahead of fan concerns, so they feel heard and appreciated

  • Informed the creation of messaging and renewal campaigns

  • Jump start an ideation to determine team “purpose”
