HYPER-LOCAL COMMUNITY LISTENING FOR F50 RETAILER

GOAL

This project focused on understanding the identity of hyper-local communities, the pressing needs of community members and how the retailer could meaningfully show up in communities where the retailer was in the process of opening a new location.

APPROACH

We designed a series of hyper-local, scalable, tech-forward  and hybrid community listening discussions among community leaders and community members in each community.

RESULT

The insights gathered provided direction on how best to support and build trust within each unique community to ensure sustained mutual success for each store location and the community served.
